Fries Crown Games ("we", "our" or "us") develops and publishes games for PC (Steam) and mobile, including Twin Drive, and runs this website, friescrowngames.com (together, the "Services").

This policy explains what information is collected when you use our Services, how it is used and the choices you have. By using our Services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

a) Information you give us

We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. If you contact us (for example by email for support), we receive the information you choose to send and use it only to reply to you.

b) Information collected automatically

• Device type, model, operating system and version
• Language and country or region
• Game usage data, gameplay statistics and in-game actions
• Crash reports, diagnostics and performance data

2. Steam

Our PC games are sold and run through Steam, operated by Valve Corporation. Purchases, your Steam account, friends list, achievements, cloud saves and Steam Workshop content are handled by Steam under Valve's Privacy Policy. We receive your public Steam ID and display name so that online play, invites and the Workshop can work. We never receive your payment details.

3. Online and multiplayer features

Online play uses third-party networking services. To connect players, the game exchanges data such as your player identifier and display name, matchmaking and room information, and live gameplay state. If voice chat is available and you turn it on, your voice is streamed to the other players in your session in real time. We do not record or store voice chat.

4. Steam Workshop and user content

Tracks you publish to the Steam Workshop are public and are hosted by Steam. Please don't include personal information in track names, descriptions or images.

5. Advertising (mobile games)

Some of our mobile games may show ads from third-party advertising partners. These partners may collect:

• Advertising ID
• Device information
• Approximate location
• Ad interaction data

They process this data under their own privacy policies. You can reset your Advertising ID or limit ad personalization in your device settings. Twin Drive on Steam does not show ads.

6. Analytics

We may use third-party analytics services to understand how our games are played and to improve stability and performance. This can include session length, gameplay events, crash reports, performance metrics and general usage statistics.

7. This website

This website does not use cookies, does not run ad trackers and has no sign-in. To show the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and the store widget from Steam, so those services may see your IP address. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and maintenance.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the Services: platform holders (Steam, app stores), networking and voice providers, analytics and advertising partners, and hosting or cloud providers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

9. Data retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email us at the address below. For data held by Steam or an app store, please use their privacy tools.

11. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age required by the law in their region, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will change.
