These terms apply to the games published by Fries Crown Games, including Twin Drive, and to this website (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for non-commercial use, on the terms of the store you got them from (for example the Steam Subscriber Agreement). The games and all their content stay the property of Fries Crown Games.

2. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Steam or the relevant app store, and their payment and refund rules apply. We don't process payments ourselves.

3. Fair play

When you play online, please don't:

• cheat, hack, or use exploits or tools that give an unfair advantage
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, in text or voice chat
• disrupt servers or other players' games on purpose
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute our games, except where the law allows

We may remove or block players who break these rules from online features.

4. Your content and the Steam Workshop

Tracks and other content you create are yours. When you publish them to the Steam Workshop, you give us and other players permission to use, play and share them inside the game. Don't upload content that is illegal, offensive or that you don't have the rights to. Workshop content is also covered by Steam's own terms.

5. Online services

Online features depend on third-party services and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change, pause or end online features, modes or content at any time.

6. Early access and demos

Demos and early versions may contain bugs, and progress may not carry over to the full game.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Fries Crown Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the Services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

9. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated terms.
